Sometimes when you pray for a miracle, God give you two!

Hi gang!

I was so excited to meet up with Colibra and Perry Glynn at High Shoal Falls for a stunning – and terribly sweet – maternity session. At the time, Colibra was mere 12 weeks away from giving birth Fraternal twin girls, so you can only imagine how she was feeling while we were roaming around finding the best spots to shoot! She was a trooper, though, let me tell you. Her skin looked amazing, her hair was perfection, and her dress was on point.

Not to mention, Perry was a total loving and supportive rock star the entire time. There was a moment when he kissed her forehead while caressing the baby bump and I nearly fainted from the tenderness of it all!

Sometimes when you pray for a miracle… God gives you two.

This pregnancy was extra special for them as they have been trying to conceive for 9 years and this was the first pregnancy. They are so excited to meet their baby girls and officially become parents. During the session, they chose different sentimental props which included onesies that said, “sometimes when you pray for a miracle… you get two.” And matching little silver shoes and little elephants. You can see some of the pictures with these props below. The little girls are due August of 2020. They are hoping to make it to 36 weeks.

At 27 weeks pregnant with twins, you feel full term with one, so the belly bump was perfect and Colibra was radiant in the pink empire dress she chose to enhance her baby bump.

When asked how she liked her experience at the session she said, “I enjoyed the experience. The location was very serene, and the time of day chosen provided the perfect amount of solitude and lighting.” She also recommended booking your maternity session in the early parts of the 3rd trimester so “you are comfortable but can still see the bump.” She also said to bring any sentimental props with you to your session.

They are going to be an amazing Mom and Dad duo, and their little bundles of joy are so lucky to be brought into the world with them. Thanks again and congrats, you two!

Stay tuned for 1-month newborn and future family pictures with the glynn family and twins!
